We follow a tried and true seven step process of evaluating where you are, listening to where you want to go, implementing a realistic plan to get there and helping you solidify your future growth. It’s not rocket science, and it shouldn’t feel like it is. When we work together, we want to see wins and we want to help facilitate your success. The best way we’ve found to do that is to measure three times and cut once. It turns out, it works every time.

Step 1

Research, Evaluation & Due Diligence

We know that no one knows your business better than you do, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t want to know your business as well as we can. Our first step is to do our homework and start to paint a picture of what marketing success looks like to you. We’re going to dig in to identify where you’re at, see what’s currently working for you, and most importantly, uncover all of the opportunities there are to put you on the path to greater success. This isn’t just “learning your business”, this ensures that before we put a dollar of your budget to work, we know where and why your marketing is going to be the most effective.

Step 2

Goal Setting

It can be really fun to jump in the car and just drive without a destination, but in marketing, setting clear and measurable goals is the safest and most cost effective road to success. After we’ve done our dive into your business and identified all of your marketing opportunities, we’ll work together to set the goals that will take your business to the next level. These will be the benchmarks that will tell us what is working, or what needs adjusting to get on the right track. We’re data hounds, so we don’t set goals we can’t measure and we wouldn’t expect you to trust us if we did. You see what we see, so there is never any confusion about where we’re planning to go together.

Step 3

Strategy

Now that we know both where you are and where you want to go, this is where we come up with the plan to get you there. This includes what assets you have or what you’re going to need, what audience we’re going to be targeting, how we’re going to drive traffic to those assets, and the single most important part of our plan? How we’re going to convert that traffic into potential customers. Whether it’s growing your email list, getting more qualified leads in the door, or getting more sales conversions online, this is where we’ll define what tools and tactics we need to use to get the job done. Without a solid strategy in place, we’re almost guaranteed to be unsuccessful for both ourselves and our clients.

Step 4

Build and Implementation

We know where you’re wanting to go and we have a plan to get you there, now it’s time for us to get to work building and implementing the different pieces of the plan we’re going to need. If we need to craft an offer, or build email sequences, write seo optimized copy, build or optimize sales funnels, or all of the above, we’ll get everything ready to put your campaigns out into the wild. This is also where all of our tracking tools are put in place so that when the data comes in, we’re ready to act on it as soon as possible. At this point, we will have aligned our strategy to your goals with the right tools and messaging, and we’re ready to launch your campaign.

Step 5

Execution

With steps 1 through 4 complete, it’s time for the rubber to meet the road. We’ve mitigated as much of the guesswork as we can, so now our job is to make it as easy as possible for your traffic to turn into customers. We’ll run paid or organic traffic (or both) to the assets we’ve optimized, analyzing data and trends at every step of the way to maximize your marketing budgets. As we see successes, we’re more than likely to see new opportunities that we can take advantage of to grow our efforts. This becomes the magic sauce for success. We take great pride in not being a “set it and forget it” agency, so we’ll continue to tweak and optimize your campaigns as we learn.

Optimizing for Growth

We get really excited when campaigns work, but we’re never satisfied with “good enough”. There is always going to be an opportunity for more traffic, or to get more leads in the door, or to lower your costs per click, and this is where we really geek out. Our goal is for our client’s campaigns to be buzzing across all marketing channels so that no matter where or when potential customers are interacting, they are the most likely to convert at the lowest possible cost. We are constantly aiming to keep our clients for the long term, but we know that the only way you will stick around is when you’re profiting from your marketing efforts.
