Take a clinically-focused metered dose inhaler (MDI) and create a consumer friendly product more accessible to a wider E- Commmerce audience. Originally named Rxoid MDI (Pronounced Rex-oid), our challenge was to create a new experience for consumers looking for a rapid delivery system for CBD online and in store.
With a historically negative connotation surrounding the use of inhalers, we found an opportunity to allow users of the product to take ownership and be proud of their delivery system by making it their own. The idea was to transfrom the narrative around the statement “Where is my inhaler?” This shift in the way users viewed the product was a perfect chance to create a new brand including name, feel, ID, colors and type, and then build them into their E-commerce and Social presence with a healthy dose of wit and sarcasm.
After a deep analysis of the competition, we renamed the brand, created a full brand suite including product packaging, and built a simple, conversion focused E-Commerce site. Since the product contained CBD, our challenge was to run traffic to the site using native advertising, SEO, and Chatbot automation.
